Our Therapists

Jen Vachet, LMFT

I believe in the importance of creating a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship with my clients. I view each session as an opportunity to grow by working through personal challenges, developing greater self-awareness, developing new and healthy coping skills, building self-esteem, and exploring the positive and negative styles of thinking.

In my practice I see clients seeking help with a variety of issues including: relationship difficulties, loss & grief, trauma, addiction, anxiety and depression, and life transitions.

My experience includes working with children, adolescences, adults, couples and families. I also have worked in collaboration with LA School Districts, Boys and Girls Club of America, and with the Veterans Administration assisting homeless Veterans with housing and supporting their needs to become successful reintegrating back into the community.

Ari Esterkin, LMFT

Life can be messy, painful and beyond frustrating. Life can also be rewarding and beautiful and fulfilling. I have worked with children, individuals, couples, and families to cope with a variety of challenging life curve balls, roller coasters and life transitions. No matter what you are facing and/or experiencing, there is a path that leads to understanding, growth, and healing. I have the utmost respect for my clients and their life journeys. I listen. I don't make assumptions or judge. I believe that every situation is unique and that there is not one fix for a common problem and/or Diagnosis. To overcome and thrive is not if, but when you have the time, motivation and effort to put into yourself.

I am not here to ask you how you are feeling. I am here to process what’s going on, provide you with skills, problem solve and ultimately send you into the world with the ability to have tools to solve future obstacles on your own. When you are ready to take control of your future I’ll be here to guide you and help you concur your end goal.

Bianca Konstantinidis, LMFT

As a bilingual (English and Spanish) licensed marriage and family therapist, certified eating disorder therapist, and licensed body positive facilitator. I specialize in adolescents and adults struggling with negative thoughts, self esteem, interpersonal relationships, body image, disordered eating, eating disorders, and self harm.

I have had the opportunity to have worked in non-profit agencies, community based services, residential facilities, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient, and school settings that emphasize a collaborative approach between adolescents and their families. My approach focuses on increasing communication skills, building positive relationships, and developing healthy coping skills.

I am driven by the inner-strength, determination and potential for growth that becomes evident in my work. I instill hope while assisting individuals as they discover themselves and develop healthy fulfilling relationships.
